Permalink Another one of those unusual convenience store Starbucks drinks!  I loove Chocolate Truffles.  So it was an automatic impulse to just buy this drink, despite not usually buying off-the-shelf coffee drinks. Kept me warm last February 27 2012

Permalink Spinach-cheese cold mochi.. at a friend’s party in HamamatsuSomeone bought a big box of weird mochi at the party.  So, they graciously let us have a taste of those weird mochi combinations and here’s what I got.  I thought at first it was weird (Spinach , cheese?? hello!) But, I was surprised it really tasted well.. I just wished it wasn’t as cold as that when I was eating it.Taken last July 22 2009
Permalink that heavenly egg tart, at Dotombori in Osaka.. just passing by that street..looking for food to eat.. and found this simple egg tart, which cost 210 a piece.  But don’t be deceived by its looks, it is way better than it seems.. Permalink colored flavor sugar, used in making cotton candies.  You have a variety to choose from.  You usually see these kind of displays in matsuri or festivals here in Japan. taken at a mini festival, along Zaza City Hamamatsu last March 21 2009
